Job
Responsibilities:
Design and develop landscape plans, construction details, renderings, irrigation designs, lighting plans, and planting plans based upon customer desires and professional design expertise.
Spearhead the design and sales process.
Produce design documents independently occasionally with the support of the Principal Designer Monitor installation and customer perception/attitude towards services provided.
Identify and communicate to production any specific customer preferences or requests for service.
Provide prompt solutions to any customer issues.
Manage complex construction projects, collaborating with the crew and subcontractors independently without direct supervision.
Act as our clients' primary point of contact throughout the entire design, sales, and construction process.
Required Qualifications Horticultural Knowledge Design Skills:
we are seeking individuals who pride themselves on their own creativity and view themselves as artists.
The ability to design in a way that takes our client's needs into account is a must.
AutoCAD:
proficient to advanced.
AutoCAD is our primary drafting software and is utilized on a daily basis by our team.
SketchUp:
the ability to proficiently produce rendering for our clients is a critical skill.
In addition to hand-drawing, the ability to use SketchUp will be considered a big plus.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in landscape horticulture or landscape architecture.
