24 Carrot Bistro is looking for passionate Culinary professionals for award-winning farm-to-table restaurant.

We are located in Historic Downtown Erie, the fastest growing Town in Colorado! Conveniently located 20 minutes north of Denver, 15 min East of Boulder and 5 miles off I-25.
JOB REQUIREMENTS-A working knowledge of menu development, sourcing, and production.
-The ability to communicate and instruct a team of multiple people, with diverse backgrounds, ages, and genderseffectively and clearly.
-Deep knowledge of all stations in the kitchen, and ability work them at any given time regardless of service.
-Punctuality is incredibly important, as well as stamina to work all day on your feet.
RESPONSIBILITES-Kitchen management in regards to equipment maintenance, kitchen organization, daily procurement, and productdeliveries.
-Staff management including participation in all hiring, firing, development, training, and scheduling-Execution of daily service, beginning with set-up, execution of service, through end of day break-down and clean-up.
-Menu development and Weekly preparation.
-Protein fabrication, sauce making, vegetable prep, and general daily prep.
-Assisting other management in staff relations and daily kitchen maintenance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS-Average work week consists of 45-55 hours.
