As a Scaffold Builder Journeyman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and maintenance of industrial projects.

ResponsibilitiesBuild, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sitesInterpret blueprints and specifications to determine scaffold placement and designErect scaffolds following industry safety standards and company policiesTransport, set up, and secure scaffolding materials, ensuring stability and structural integrityOffload and distribute components, ensuring proper inventory and maintenanceConduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety concernsRequirementsConstruction industry experience is a mustMinimum 2 years of experience and be familiar with both cuplock and ringlockExtensive knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipmentProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specificationsStrong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in constructionAbility to work at heights and in various weather conditionsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesMust possess a valid drivers license and have a clean recordPreference given to US CitizensThis is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting.
Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
