Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience doing installations Proficient in both TIG and MIG welding in Steel, Aluminum, Stainless and Bronze Demonstrated ability to interpret and work from architectural blueprints and shop drawings Comfortable operating grinders, band saws, and cold saw equipment Experience planning the right equipment and then operating telehandlers, lifts, gantries, chain hoists, coordinating with crane operators Communicate and document any changes to the Project Engineer in the office. Get sign-off from site super on work tickets, or other changes. Thrive in a collaborative team environment, including with client's site supers, project managers, and other tradespeople, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines Ability to accurately follow instructions and blueprints to ensure safe and profitable project completion Adept at working with technology and a laptop, iPad, or cell phone in the field to access email, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam (PDF viewer) Personal Attributes and Skills for Success:
Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, effectively leading production and installation teams Ability to communicate effectively with general contractors, architects, and others, personifying the company values and brand Display qualities of steadiness, decisiveness, adaptability, and approachability Commitment to continuous improvement, taking ownership of outcomes, and efficient time management to meet project deadlines Willingness to work overtime as required Physical stamina to perform installation in all weather and field conditions, including carrying materials up many flights of stairs and safely working off lifts and scaffolding Requirements:
Willingness to travel to Colorado mountain communities and occasionally out of state during the workweek Company-provided vehicles, accommodations, and per diem for travel Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a readiness to work overtime when necessary Compensation and
